I cannot believe this place is still running, the manager was so racist, told me to go back to my country after they did absolutely nothing to my townhome, I insisted on them to come and properly clean my unit but the manager told me he didn’t appreciate serving people who started Covid (i’m chinese) i simply cannot believe the racism i experienced and the lack of professionalism. I encourage everyone to please avoid dealing with this company and boycott the hell out of them, they ripped me off $400 and made it even worse than original. I legitimately have gone through depression at thst time after they left when i realized i just lost my money and had to clean the place up myself, i wouldn’t even let my worst enemy hire this company... i must add that after i got off the phone with the manager, i found a paper bag on my doorstep with a dirty rag in it. Extremely unprofessional and my small apartment was not cleaned AT ALL. This is not an exaggeration. I got these ‘ ECO Cleaners ‘ to come in after the renters moved out and I wanted a thorough cleaning of everything as well as disinfected. Nothing was done. All the cupboards were still greasy, underneath the cupboards by the stove had tons of cooking grease, inside ALL drawers still had dust and crumbs. Bathtub and shower still had grime and so much more. I’m seriously shocked by this company. All around this was the worst service experience of my life. My husband was the one who paid them and did not assess their cleaning job, so they basically left laughing with our $250 dollars. Complete scam. I feel really bad for anyone who has been scammed by them before. The worst part is that I didn’t have time to clean the place up myself before my husband and I moved in, and due to covid 19 money has been tight. So I tried to find a cleaning company that would be cheaper for us. And now I have to find the time and possibly take a day off from work to clean and disinfect our apartment. In the end I lost more money than if I had just gone with a more expensive company. Just go with Molly Maids..... I should have. More...

Hi Team Bark and customers We addressed this situation already. We got a call from our customer Justine and we took action promptly and went to her place and cleaned her place for free. Before leaving we requested both husband and wife to have a look at everything in the condo if it looks good to them and they said its good now and they will take this review down. Even after following up for so many days, she finally responded that she will not take this review down instead she want her money back. Some customers are those who want you to work for them for free. I asked her , who you know in this world who work for the same place twice and that too for free which obviously she don't have an answer to. I asked her to be on her words but she didn't. Bottomline: we worked at her place again after this review for free and she said her cleaning is good now but she did not taken this review off. As a company we did what we can to make her a happy customer.

It is exemplary service that we got from ecoF cleaners. These guys cleaned our house in such a way that it looks almost new to us. We would like to thank them for this extraordinary work at our place. Guys i am putting some photos showing there work. Give them a try.  Keep rocking ecoF!!!! More...

Best cleaners ever I have seen in my life. Cleaned every single corner of the house. Mr Singh was very kind gentleman and respond very quickly to the requests, like in our case we request them to come on same day and they made it on time and cleaned the messy house of ours.
