We own and manage numerous commercial buildings. Jamie and Houston came in and took over working with our insurance carriers to get the best possible outcome for our roofing issues. Eco has completed the first job and it looks incredible. We chose a somewhat unusual shingle and the wait was a bit, but that was only because of our choice. The crew they sent out was professional and didn't cause any disruption to our tenants. We are very pleased with the ongoing work that Eco is doing for us. They have been diligent and responsive. They've not gone easy on our insurance carriers who continually fight installing roofs to Denver's codes.  Our office girl, Jessica, has been keeping us up to date on info and is really nice to work with. Everything about our experience with Eco was phenomenal. Rick Lundy came out to inspect and bid our project. He was exceptionally professional. He took time to teach us about roofing standards and the process for replacement. We had several bids on the home, but Eco Roof and Solar won not just on price, but on their professionalism. We couldn't be more pleased. The installation team was exceptional. They worked incredibly hard and knocked out our project in one day. Todd Drakulic did an amazing job managing my project from start to finish. I was facing a tight deadline and needed a total roof replacement prior to closing on a new property. In just one week, he had it surveyed, came to my office to customize shingles, and completed (with warranty) all in time for closing. The commercial side of Eco is second to none.  First, the software they use to complete a full roof analysis is amazing.  It really puts other companies to shame.  It's a report that walks you through everything; from the storm info that hit your building to the images they take showing the damages.  Second, the way they do business. It's a little unique and don't be put off by the "no bid" model.  It's really meant to work with the customer better and keep your repeat business. They don't want to be a one and done business and I appreciate that.  Lastly, they pride themselves in maintaining  quality industry standards and certifications which put me at ease.  I would ask for Jimmy.  He's thorough and walks you through everything. I had a great experience with Eco roof and solar. I was recommended to them by a friend. I set up a free consultation with Brandon to come and take a look at our roof as it was pretty old and starting to show signs of age and damage. From my first conversation with Brandon I felt that he truly cared about doing what he could to make sure we had a proper roof to protect our home. After walking our roof he found hail and wind damage and I was able to file a claim with our insurance company. While the insurance company dug their heels in and tried to give us an inferrior roof, Amanda fought for us to get the best roof possible. Brandon managed our expectations throughout the process and was there to monitor the installation. I had my roof replaced and a solar tube installed in September, 2016 and had a very positive experience. The work was done on time in one day and they were very helpful in removing the wood stove in the house. The hole in the roof for the chimney was the location for the solar tube and it went in smoothly and I love the light from the solar tube and am very pleased with how helpful every one was on the day of the installation. I used Eco Roof and Solar in Denver.  Their name was given to me as a referral by a friend.  We had major hail storms last summer, and I was pissed at all the companies canvasing door to door, so I waited almost a year to get the repair work done.  Mark did all the negotiating with my insurance company and helped get money for items that I wouldn't have even thought of.  The process was a bit complicated for me because my adjuster handed me an initial check and then went back to Texas, leaving me hanging.  Mark was extremely patient with me trying to understand all the costs and moving pieces. I have a property in Dallas Texas that was affected by the recent storms. Shawn Standifer with ECO Roof and Solar Comercial division reviewed my policy and handled all negotiations with the insurance adjuster on site. He really went above and beyond! He knew so much and all the right questions to ask, obviously very experienced and helped us to know what we were covered for in advance and was able to handle everything smoothly for us. What could have been a nightmare experience turned out to be a blessing with Shawn's help. Trust is very important to me and I felt like he treated us like he would his own family. Eco Roof and Solar, Inc., is completing an extensive re-roofing project at our gated community in Denver -- 50 buildings, containing 190 townhomes. They've done a first-class job! Their trained crews used top-quality roofing materials, and displayed careful workmanship. Our shingled roofs are pitched; there are potentially serious safety issues. They provided safety supervisors, always on-site. Re-roofing is inherently dirty and noisy. But Eco meticulously cleaned our grounds, roads, patios, at the end of each workday. Eco qualified this project for a special warranty from the materials manufacturer; Eco issued is own workmanship warranty. Mr. Shawn Standifer, project manager, negotiated as our advocate with our insurer (hail damage), with our Board's oversight. He efficiently and professionally guided this project to conclusion. We have been having problems with water damage on the ceiling of one of our second floor rooms. I assumed the problem was in the roof. The first roofer I called to look said, oh yeah, hail damage. Your roof is shot and it's gonna cost you $25k for a new one. I called Josh with Eco Roof and Solar for a second opinion. Josh spent over an hour determining the leak was coming from bad plumbing inside the house and had nothing to do with the roof at all. He refused payment for this inspection, after saving me huge amounts of money. I cannot remember ever being so impressed with the professionalism of a contractor. I called Eco Roof and Solar for a second opinion as to the seriousness of hail damage and wear and tear to my roof.  Another company had solicited my business with a cold call at the front door, saying there was sufficient damage that it was worthwhile filing a claim for potential roof replacement.  When the adjuster said the damage was limited and moderate, I had been led to believe that the roof was sufficiently worn that replacement would be necessary in the near future.  I thus contacted Eco Roof and Solar to obtain a potential competing bid for roof replacement.  I was  delighted to hear from the Eco rep, Jeremy McHenry, that the damage was nothing more than that which a few squirts of silicone could manage (which I will do myself), and that the roof was in good shape for its age, and that he would never have sought to file an insurance claim had he been the one doing the initial inspection.  Jeremy helped me understand the mechanics of damage and wear and tear with asphalt shingles, so hopefully now I am a wiser consumer, and I know the company to call when the roof eventually will have to be replaced will be the Eco Roof people. We called Eco Roof and Solar and SHAWN STANDIFER came out to our home to take a look at our roof after our insurance company determined the hail in June had ruined the shingles.  From the first meeting to the end of the project Shawn went over and above expectations to make sure that we understood the process.  He dealt with the insurance company and clearly understood what was needed in the replacement of a roof on a 110 year old home.  Shawn was so patient when I couldn't decide what color roof I wanted and brought many samples and gave addresses of roofs in those colors for me to see.The crew that actually did the roof were fast, careful, and cleaned up after themselves.  They even sent a man out the day after completion to make sure all was well.  Shawn was here several times each day the install was happening, up on the roof taking pictures to show us so we'd understand what was being done.I would recommend Eco Roof and Solar and especially Shawn Standifer to anyone that wants a first class experience with a company that truly takes pride in its work.  Thank you to all involved in the project! I had Josh from Eco give me an estimate for my roof on my 80,000 sq ft steel building.  Parts of the building are over 30 years old and there have been several additions over the years.  We have issues with leaks in the old buildings and in between the sections where the walls meet.  The issues we were facing on our roof where a major undertaking.  Josh was able to the work with us and came up with the best solution for our situation. I was referred to ECO Roof and Solar by a friend, and I have recommended them to many friends since having my roof repaired by them. I have become accustomed to dealing with roofing/painting/repair salesmen, and of course their tactics are generally to agree to whatever the client wants in order to get a contract signed. I felt that ECO approached my project with my needs at the top of their priority list -- they asked tons of questions, listened to my requests and were more than willing to accommodate my specific needs. Scott Barbich was my Project Manager, and he did a wonderful job of keeping me informed on the status of my repair, being available (even texting with me) when I had questions, and maintaining the integrity of the project by being honest with me regarding deadlines, pricing, the insurance process, and the overall project. I had a fantastic experience with Eco Roof and Solar! After a big storm up North I was referred to them, I am pleased to say my experience from start to finish was top notch. I had no idea how everything works in terms of insurance, paper work etc, but Scott Barbitch my project manager did an excellent job of guiding me through everything.My roof was completed in a timely manner by a very professional crew that really took pride in taking care of my house. I was able to leave every day and feel secure that I was in good hands with Eco Roof and Solar. It is not fun when you need a new roof but my advice is to use a company that is as professional and obsessed with quality as Eco Roof.
