Soffits and gutters replaced. Eco Innovations recomended by friend at work. Quote was easily most comprehensive and professional after home visit by David. Home visit was concise, explaining aspects of work, pitfalls, benefits with no hard sell. Quote was most expensive but trust has a lot to do with the decision to go with Eco. Guys arrived on time, worked constantly, explained extra works due to nature of building (unforeseen at survey, no extra charge on quote), cleared and tidied as they went. Just had our house 're-roofed by Eco Innovations. This is second time we have used this company and once again everything about job great from start to finish. From scaffolding going up to last tile on roof nothing was too much bother for any the work force. Once completed site was well cleaned and all rubbish removed immediately. Had one small problem with one broken tile but when called David tile was replaced almost as soon as I hung up the phone. I required to replace Soffit, Fascia and Guttering to my home. Contacted my builder to find suitable company for a quote. I was contacted by Mr David Cairns from Eco Innovations, which was a quick response to my request . David made an appointment, came to see me, he was very polite and informative at which point he showed me the products that would be used and duly provided the quote efficiently. I found David to be concise and respectful of my time unlike my past experiences with double glazing salesmen. Upon agreement to proceed I found the work force who presided over the job to be very good, they were punctual and professional throughout completing the job to our agreed specification on time and to my satisfaction. I decides to have my soffits and fascias replaced and found this company on Facebook. I asked for a quote and David was out within a few days. The work was started within a few weeks. Unfortunately the weather slowed the work down but i am totally delighted with the finished work. The guys who done it have made a great job and tidied up after themselves. Salesman who came out was very informative very straight forward when he was showing me how the work would be carried out. He never hit me with the general sales rubbish that i had seen and experience with the previous 4 guys who came out to price the job. He was in for around 20-30 minutes and very knowledgeable. Price was in the middle of what i'd been quoted however, i felt he was the most honest out of the guys i'd seen and coming from a trade background I've seen them all. The two guys who came out to do the job were very professional and happy to chat to me. Each night i inspected their work which i found to be outstanding. These guys cleared up after themselves every night and left no mess at all anywhere they were working. I cannot recommend Eco innovations highly enough. Had several people to provide quotes to replace the soffit, fascias and guttering including David from Eco Innovations Ltd. The main thing that stood out for me was that David was direct, and following a quick measure he provided a written quote, which all others failed to do. The price was competitive and in the range I expected to pay, but with the added guarantee I decided to go with Eco Innovations Ltd. My gutters were leaking and I wanted the work done quickly. David and I agreed on a suitable date and as expected the "A Team" arrived on time. The guys were extremely professional, courteous and hard working. They cleaned up as they went, so no mess was made and they worked diligently to get all the work completed in a day rather than a day and a half.I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. Got a quote from ECO Innovations after posting job on guttering.co.uk.David called and arranged convenient time to go through job and quote. All very straight forward, unlike the normal double glazing sales pitch. Quote was reasonable for the work, after getting a number of quotes, decided to use ECO Innovations, arranged a date for work to be completed for the following week. Ian and John a father and son team very good, turned up on time, cleaned up each day and the quality of work was excellent. 32 metres of roof-line, front and back, plus porch and garage fascia, soffits and guttering, plus dry verge and cladding to porch, three days to complete.
