eco cuisine is an ethically run catering business offering sustainable, seasonal menus and using British, organic produce. Our meat comes from Suffolk and Norfolk farms and fish sourced from day boats out of St Mawes. We use the best, freshest ingredients and source for each event individually to give you confidence in where your food has come from.
We cater for both Corporate and private clients and offer free no obligation tastings at your office or home or in our kitchen !!
We have won twice at the RSPCA good business awards for our sourcing policy.
Sonya will give you personal attention whether you are a private or corporate client from your initial enuiry until your event. You can have a suggested seasonal menu emailed to you or you can choose your own menu of course.
We aim to give great tasting food, personal service and an event that you and your guests will remember for all the right reasons.
We can also supply drinks and equipment hire.
Our offering includes finger buffets, fork buffets, canapes - all hot or cold, sit down meals, dining in your home, bbq's, office delivery service and meals for delivery to your home.

What’s your signature dish?
I'd have to say our chocolate brownies - just because they get such praise from clients ! Sonya's secret recipe
Our sustainable fish pie and coq au vin are favourites of the hot buffet section - not forgetting our Thai green curries...........
Clients also like our filo rolls with seasonal fillings with a crisp outer and succulent inside
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First I listen to your requirement, consider your budget, the time of year for produce, any dietary requirements and take it from there.
As I offer no obligation tastings, you can try before deciding.
Depending on the lead time before the event the menu can sometimes evolve.
What do you love most about your job?
I'm still involved in everything within the business and love all parts of it.
Taking orders, developing menus and relationships, ordering from suppliers, cooking in the kitchen, developing new ideas in the kitchen, serving at events, cooking at events, liaising with clients from the start to end of their event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My love of food, sustainability, the environment and people.

We are passionate about food, using quality produce and treating it with respect and cooking with the freshest, best ingredients.
We also want our clients to relax at their event and so we look after their guests if they require service.
