Worked extra hours without asking for extra pay, very nice person, we tipped handsomely for the generosity. But…I didn’t get the sense that the cleaner knew which products to use to be more efficient in cleaning. Scrubbing and leaving scratches is damaging, not cleaning. The place didn’t look clean, it looked more like as if it was a tidied up. Corners left untouched, stuff were not put back in their places after dusting, and dusted places were left incomplete…please train your team, housekeeping is a profession, not a handy job to give to anyone. Hello Mary, We are quite disappointed in the review you left Tarcia our cleaner. She is one of our good cleaners and could not know what could have gone wrong this time. Your cleaning was done on May 5th, and we got a review on May 23rd thus quite interesting as we most often we get reviews in less than a week of service either good or bad. Whenever , we clean any customers home, our cleaners ask if there is anything left untouched that needed to be done. Our cleaners are well trained and act professionally as you witness in the case with Tarcia. However, as human as they are, they sometimes do mistakes which is why she asked your husband to validate her work before she left. Although the hours were over, she humbly charged for the 4hrs which was $112. She was grateful, you paid her $140, hence $28 tip. In regards to the scratches, she noted that there were already scratches in your bathroom as she requested you have a look. She affirms that she had a positive feedback from you and your husband which made her to continue her work. We understand, that we could not meet your cleaning expectation as we did our best to meet. However, we appreciate you letting us into your home to clean. We have taken your review seriously and will improve upon areas where we have to.
