After numerous samples in Paris including up the Eiffel Tower and also making the most of samples in M&S it is safe to say Eclat's macaroons are still my firm favourite! ! Emily has been absolutely amazing from the minute I booked her to make our wedding cake! I changed my mind so many times but each time she was happy to give me different prices and flavours etc! We went to a cake tasting session which was absolutely beautiful and got us so excited to taste the wedding cake! I asked Emily for quite a lot of questions running up to the wedding and each time she responded quickly to me answering all of my questions! Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful cake for our Wedding Day. The taste of the lemon, strawberry and chocolate tiers were delicious.
We loved the design, colour and elegance of the cake so much, it looked too pretty to eat.
We were so chuffed with our strawberry champagne macaron favours which we had as place names also. They matched our colour scheme and tasted amazing.
Thank you Emily for the excellent communication, the perfect cake and getting everything to Hoar Cross Hall for us in one piece.
