AIMM’s website was outdated and no longer reflected our current mission and vision. ECI Communications worked with our team to identify our goals and key messages and then wrote and designed a new website that we are proud to direct clients to — it’s fresh, user-friendly and easy for us to update. ECI provided expert advice and quickly guided us through the process. They also launched and help us to maintain our social media pages, which we know is critical for our credibility and continued success. More...

A great website design starts with a deep understanding of your target audience and what they expect from their web experience. So, when designing your website, it’s important to have a clear vision that aligns both your business goals and your target audience goals.

The most important part of the creative process is LISTENING. Getting the answers to the above questions is where we start.

Once we’ve completed the initial discussion, we prepare detailed recommendations with our fees.

Once our proposal is approved, we gather all of the relevant background materials required to move forward. Of course every project is different. For videos, for example, we need to identify who we will shoot, graphics required, etc. For websites, we determine what existing content exists and what needs to be written, acquired, etc.
