EBS Building

Nick and his team added a double storey side extension to our property in Winchester in 2020. It included a new kitchen/diner, utility room, study, bedroom, en suite, and patio.

We are really happy with the extension, and were impressed with how hard Nick worked. He continued to work throughout the first lockdown, and was reliable, honest and punctual throughout the whole project. I also really liked his sub-contractors. Nick’s pricing was very reasonable and, despite the lockdown, the project only over-ran by a few weeks. I’m not sure I can post photos on this site but I am happy to provide them on request. We love our home and it is amazing to have so much extra space.

As expected with a project of this size, there were a few outstanding issues after completion, but Nick worked hard to fix them.

Nick and his team were brilliant. The job originally started as a loft conversion with difficult access and developed into a refurb of the entire house.
