Got my taxes prepared today. Let's just say my financial literacy is basic and I really need to grow up and learn it. My husband and I are W2 employees and I just started a business. Ley and Pam are so fast, personable and SUPER knowledgeable. The design of the office is just the top of the iceberg! You walk in to lovely smells of aromatherapy, beautiful decors of cool blues and green tones. Her building even has a bocce ball court and fountain. If you have a little family, Ley and Pam have your back. Ley is so great at teaching basics for tax and assists with financial literacy so when they time comes and I grow, I won't have to worry about not knowing what I'm doing. Getting taxes prepared can be a lot like going to the DMV, but at Ebrada Financial, it's a pleasant experience! Ley is phenomenal and I can't wait for tax preparation next year! More...

Had an awesome experience. Arrived for my appointment strictly at 7pm today and Ley wasted no time on getting started. Ley was very thorough in making sure she put in all of the details correctly and ask all of the proper questions to make sure everything was filed correctly. She made the whole thing seem so easy even though at home I was oblivious to doing my own taxes. I've been going here for 6 years cause of there outstanding service and friendliness. Ley goes through everything making sure nothing is missed for tax credit. She also explains anything I do not understand or asks if i ever have any questions. I'm a relatively new customer to Andy's Income Tax Service, but Ms. Ebrada immediately made me feel welcome. She's a very experienced professional and was very thorough in preparing my taxes. I've filed my taxes with different people before and have never thought much about it until I met Ley. When she looked into my old taxes, she's showed me that I could've gotten refunds from the past and what others have failed to look into. Ever since then, I've trusted her with everything.
