Ebony Victoria's memorable occasions has 3 main packages on offer and also a few individual services available for the wedding side of the business. These include:-

Orchid package, £2500
o Consultation (up to 2hrs)
o 3 venue searches, includes all information on the venues, with an appointment to view the premises;
o Suppliers, caterers, florists, suit rentals, stationary, bakers;
o Decoration of venue and clean up; (you supply flowers and decor)
o Full planning: emails, phone calls, chasing up orders;
o Seating plan if needed;
o On the day service, arriving at the time stated by the client, check and follow up with suppliers, and guests running late, oversee the day goes smoothly;
o Take down next day.
Peony package. £1500
o Consultation (1hr)
o 2 venue searches includes all information on the venues, with an appointment to view the premises.
o A choice of 2 suppliers (finding them two suppliers of their choice, i.e. baker, and caterer if needed and arrange a consultation with them)
o Stationary;
o On the day service arriving at the time stated by the client, check and follow up with suppliers, and guests running late, oversee the day goes smoothly.





Lily package. £800
o 2 x venue search includes all information on the venues, with an appointment to view the premises
o On the day service arriving at the time stated by the client, check and follow up with suppliers, and guests running late, oversee the day goes smoothly.

Other services are:

(Venue searches) daffodil package
Two venues with all information and rough cost for clients, from £260.

(Supplier search) Sweet pea package
Up to 3 different suppliers: florists, baker, bridal shops, caterers, Jewellers, etc. from £100. (Information and price list from each supplier)


(Decoration of venue) Gerbera package
From £250 and including:
o Arrive at venue early;
o Flower arrangement if needed;
o Table laying;
o Bridal suite décor;
o Full set up and take down.



(On the day service): Dahlia package £500 (hourly rate after 6pm)
o Arriving at venue site (To be confirmed with the couple)
o Check everything is in order and the set up is being done, helping venue if needed;
o Chasing up suppliers (meeting two weeks before with all suppliers contact details)
o Any issues arising, quickly sorted;
o Any last minute errands;
o Oversee the ceremony and evening;
o Making sure everything runs on time and via the schedule.
