We hired minibus from Derby Minibus Company for our airport transfer to Manchester Airport. I write this review because I want to let people know about how helpful and caring people in this company are to their customers. Jas, our driver was spot on time and spoke with me the day before to assure us that he will be doing our job. He was helpful throughout the journey and came on time to pick us up from the airport when we returned from our holiday. I work in film and television and last year was working on a big BBC One drama in the north. I am always terrified of using new companies as there is so much at stake when filming and large risks involved in ferrying around celebrities! Jag and his team were so amazing! They were spot on time and so friendly - not to mention extremley reasonable. We chose Derby Mini bus hire as they offered us the cheapest price. We used them for a trip to London for 8 young people, the service was great and our driver was a lovely & helpful person. May I add very understanding as you can imagine with 8 teenagers. We recieved such a brilliant service we are using them again next week for a trip to Alton Towers. Excellent communication, both on the phone and via email. Superb serve on the day of the trips, phoning half hr or so before collection time to let us know they were on their way.
