I honestly could not fault this food! I tried it at the Southsea Market today and it was the first time I have tasted food that fresh and delicious since I was in India a few years ago. Beautifully balanced flavours, very moreish, and it all tastes so fresh! You could tell the people cooking and running the stall have a real passion for authentic food, and love what they are doing.
