Most of our clients are looking for honest, professional advice when it comes to choosing which type of boiler or central heating system they need.
We take great pleasure in guiding them through what can be a technical minefield full of "boiler or engineer jargon" to make sure we advise them to our best ability in arriving at the right solution at the right price too suit their budgets.
Once the client has all options explained in an easy to understand way, and we complete the installation based upon our recommendations, it is great to receive their feedback informing us of a job well done. We normally save our clients lots of money on their ongoing heating bills so the benefits of getting our professional advice right up front an have real long term benefits.

We are very careful not to push people in to making quick decisions for our own short term gain. Purchasing a new boiler or central heating system is something that should be thought out properly, as every home has different requirements in the way they use heat and hot water.
The purchase has to be justified as hopefully they will not be making a decision about this again for a very long time , and the current and future long term needs should be discussed on every occasion.
