We have just moved into a new house and enlisted the help of Alex and his Easy Move Team. The quote they provided was very competitive and I decided to go ahead. His communication throughout the process leading up to the day was excellent and he arrived on time and him and the team had my 3 bedroomed house packed up in the vans within 2 hours. They then headed for lunch (well deserved) and met back up with us at our new house. Here is where Alex and his team showed their true professionalism... we hit a delay with the sellers and as a result we were not able to move on completion day. Alex and his team sat out in the blistering heat for 4 hours while we waited for this dreaded outcome that no-one wanted to hear, then had to head off at 5pm on a Friday and unpack all of our items and put them into storage. Alex even put the food out of my freezer in his own house freezer to save it from being spoiled. We were not able to move until the following Tuesday and he provided everything we needed to make the necessary claims for extra costs with the solicitor, turned back up on the eventual move date and got us moved in within another two hour window. All in all an excellent service during a really stressful period for my family. I would definitely recommend the Easy Move Team, a great bunch of guys, polite and helpful in our days of need. Went on line for a company for a house move and Alex and his team contacted me within minutes so because of his fast response I asked him to come and give a free estimate for the move he was very cheap and Alex and his team were very professional and went out there way to make sure everything went to plan i would highly recommend them to anyone no matter how big or small the job and would not hesitate in using this company again should circumcise arise again. Alex and team were given short notice to deal with a move from Ayrshire to Southampton. Dates were vague, the final address was unknown and they had to be prepared to deal with the work at short notice. With the minimum of fuss, Alex dealt with all these demands and ensured that the move was on time and the service was first class. The Easymove Team guys were a fantastic team, from the minute I first met Alex when he arrived to give me a quote I was immediately impressed unlike other companies that came to give me a quote he was curteos and polite and even removed his shoes without being asked ! !!! I honestly cannot praise the team enough, before removal date I had to reschedule due to legal problems and this didn’t phase the guys at all they were very understanding and were extremely flexible throughout my very stressful time, once things were on track the guys delivered boxes in advance to let me get organised. On removal date Alex, Danny, Dylan and James turned up prompt worked their socks off were polite and professional and just a genuine nice bunch of guys. I have to be honest and say I can be somewhat pernickety at times, so for them to impress me this much I felt I had to write this review. To boot the fees for everything were really competitive and worth every penny so much so I paid the guys a little extra to show my gratitude. I couldn't recommend this team enough - they are efficient, pleasant and really go the extra mile. I find moving hugely stressful (who doesn't) and Alex and his team made the day so much easier for us. The poor guys had to hike up 3 flights of stairs with all our stuff and they never complained and always had a smile. And more to the point they are so reasonable in price - we had been getting insane quotes from other places and I had almost lost hope until Alex came along! Twice as good!This is the 2nd time I’ve had to call on Alex and the team! There was no hesitation in who to call as they’d been so good the first time. We used Alex and his team for a move from Glasgow to Cardiff. Unfortunately the move date coincided with the dreadful winter weather at the end of February which caused problems at both locations. The company were really great - flexible with the arrangements and managed to move us out despite the snow and rearranged the move in to accommodate the poor weather in Cardiff and our changed timetable as a result of this. We used the team to pack for us too and they were very careful and efficient and our possessions have all arrived in one piece. We were really pleased with the service and I can't praise the team enough for their customer service, good communication and very competitive rates. I would thoroughly recommend the company. We used these guys at relatively short notice , we received many quotes and these guys beat everyone by a mile.Alex and his team arrived ten minutes early with 2 vans and plenty of help and emptied our 3 bedroom house in around an hour , throughout his staff were extremely polite and professional and were clearly experienced at what they do. We booked the easymove team (fairly last minute) for our move from Glasgow to Liverpool. Alex came round to assess our home and give us a quote. He was a lovely, down to earth guy and gave us a very reasonable price for the job - much cheaper than the other competition - and we had no problems entrusting our move to these guys.On the big day they turned up bang on time and got right to it. The team of three moved all our belongings out a second floor flat in just under an hour, if I remember correctly. When we got to the other end, we waited about an hour for the guys to turn up. Understandably we sped down the motorway faster than they did, but this was well expected. When they arrived, they got everything unloaded and into our new home no bother. Absolutely nothing was damaged, and we had a lot of very fragile items.Incredibly happy with the price and quality of service these guys provided. A great bunch of guys who know what matters and do not come across all high and mighty (as a lot of their competitors did to us, which immediately put us off them.)Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for an affordable move that is top quality.
