We hired easy events to DJ, my daughters wedding. As most, we, knew what we wanted and had the wedding all planned out. Therefore, we did not hire a wedding coordinator. but for a small additional fee, they offer a DJ "and" A day of wedding coordinator. This turned out to be the best decision for the wedding. Jake has always been the best DJ, working endlessly to please his clients, however Jennifer's professionalism and precise details for the day of the wedding, taking on the responsibilities of coordinating everything on the day of the wedding and working seamlessly with the DJ, made everything run on time and smooth! Jake was such an amazing dj, played all the music I wanted and added some more of the genre I wanted! Jennifer worked along his side in coordinating my wedding for me she is so sweet and really helped things stay on track and if anything needed a slight change she was there to make that happen! Choosing Easy Events was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Our wedding was on April 5, 2019 and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Jennifer went above and beyond. Weeks before the wedding she helped us create a day of timeline, it was then that we felt just a little less stressed. Her suggestions and experience definitely made us feel like our big day would run smooth. We had a very specific music selection but of course Jake had it all. He even took time to cut clips that we needed from certain songs. We ended up having to change venues and battle the rain but again Jennifer was there helping us with every little detail. This is among the very best cars shows around. If all goes, not as planned, you can even get a free car wash. Lots to do during this multiple day event, including a drag strip race at the oldest drag strip in California.

The deserve way more then a 5 star review .We had our wedding 9/14/2018 and Jake and Jen made our day extra special. They went above and beyond our expections they crushed it! Jen who is the jack of all trades helped out with 100 things all at once she was organized and kept us on track. They're a power couple and amazing to work with. This power couple is amazing! I hired Jake to be the DJ at my 50th Birthday Party, which was a 70's Disco Party and with that came a couple of great ideas from his wonderful wife Jennifer. The night was a perfect flow of one 70's disco hit after another. A couple of friends talked to Jake privately to surprise me and he made it happen without a snag. Wedding Dj’s can seem all too similar, but Jake really knows what hes doing! He does a great job at playing the right songs for a wedding and still making the songs/dance portion memorable. I love that he mixes songs really well and professionally, unlike the typical wedding dj. If you want to party hard at your wedding, his mixing skills are what you need! If you want a unique and down to earth wedding, he has lots of experience, can adapt to your needs, and is good at pleasing the crowd! More...

One of the better events of the year!

The biggest event in the area.  It's run totally by volunteers and after 25 years they've got it pretty well organized.  The Friday night parade ("The Cruise") is extremely popular with the public and is very well attended. Several years ago they changed the format by re-designating their judges as "pickers".  Those pickers then "picked" their favorite vehicle in their specific category rather judge on a concourse de elegance point system.  In that way they eliminated many of the confrontations that too often occurred between the judges and those car owners who were chasing trophies and it made the event more enjoyable for all those who chose to attend.If you're in Redding in the latter part of April put this on your list of things to do.  You won't regret it.
