Easy Entertaining Inc is known in Rhode Island for their catering and food services. But if you go to their site on Valley Street, you'll know how they make dining-in and take-out easy, too. The breakfast menu had four main options, including a gluten free egg option with polenta, bacon, and veggies. Other meal options were available, but they were broken down into other breakfast options.Coffee was iced, hot, and nitro. You could get room for milk.The dining room felt sparse, which included tables and chairs. I worked for Easy Entertaining, Inc. for a very short while, about a month or less. It didn't work out too well on my part only. But when I was there, I was amazed by how much they really seemed to care about their work and their customers. I also immediately felt welcome in their company and very much enjoyed working with them. They were one of the best places I've worked at, and some of the nicest people I know/knew. The locally sourced food means seasonally inspired dishes that tell a story, warm your soul, and generously satisfy that feeling of emptiness in your belly. At EE, hospitality is an art - a long last craft that begins with the rustic New England bar top and follows through with the staff who make you feel like you are part of the family. Please, try one of everything on the menu. Come for breakfast. Grab a coffee. Get a donut of Friday, a bagel on Wednesday, Oh, and sign up for burger night. I'll give you a ride if you can't make the trek. Just say yes to all EE offers. The menu takes you on a culinary journey throughout Southern New England, stopping for the best beef, vegetables, breads, and decor the region offers. Wow!!!! This weekend Kait and her team rocked out my step dads 70th birthday party!!! Everything was AMAZING, and dealing with Jerry is a tough job alone, forget the ridiculously succulent food, service fit for a queen (and King Jerry! ) and a staff that went above and beyond! I promise you, you can't go wrong with Kait and Easy Entertaining-no doubt in my mind you will not be over the moon pleased by choosing them to cater your next event! I love the interior here with the large mill building windows and brick. Went here for lunch on a Friday. Unfortunately, a large group of 10 walked in before us and we waited 45 min to get our food. Server was friendly, portions were a little small but the fried chicken sandwich was very tasty. I did not like the taboule as a side. Very dry and not much flavor. It also came out in a small plastic cup which I thought was wasteful. No need for it, portion was small enough to fit on the plate. I would come back again and choose a different side. More...
