I have been a regular customer of Easy Clean Cheshire since it started and have to say i'm extremely happy with every aspect of the service they offer. The staff are always friendly yet professional and deliver a quality cleaning service. I have contacted the company in good faith – They have assured me that it will always be the same team and promised quality cleaning.
I have many photographic evidence (mouldy bath mat, bathtub not cleaning properly, dusting not done in some places) and emails complains about the quality of the cleaning as well as sometimes sending teams of 3 or 4 people which was not what was agreed and made my mother who is disabled very uncomfortable.
I believe I was more than fair and even had the boss over a couple of time to show her the fault in cleaning. She was such a lovely lady, eager to please and she admitted that said staff was getting a lot of complaint but that she needed to be careful as she was pregnant and didn’t want to get a claim against her. I therefore inquired why if a few people complaint about the quality of cleaning did she kept that staff but as I genuinely liked her I decided to keep on going with the company.
I told her that I was thinking about looking for an alternative but she assured me the new team would be better.
The new team did an okay job – not stellar but okay enough. However, they came 45 minutes late the 3rd time around and the excuse was that they had been lost in the estate (after coming before). We expressed our displeasure but no real excuse was given.
Today (a week after this and less than 24 hours before the next cleaning is due) I was informed that the team would not be returning as they seemingly felt ‘threatened’ ( what I think they didn’t like is us checking their cleaning and commenting on the below standard quality) without previous notice and not allowing me to seek an alternative.
This is completely unprofessional and I would advise you to consider seriously your need of reliability before choosing this company. I would also advise you to keep a close eye on the quality of the cleaning as it might look clean enough on the surface but a little investigation might show otherwise.

Sorry you feel this way as we did our best to accommodate your cleaning needs. My staff were subjected to rudeness, sexism, ageism, outright disrespectful behaviour. Far from ‘checking’ my staff were subjected to hostile working environment which made them feel uncomfortable . We have over a hundred regular customers who all can’t be wrong !

Gaynor and the team cleaned after some incredibly disruptive building work - we had ceilings removed throughout the house and the resulting dirt, dust and rubble was quite literally everywhere! After Gaynor's team had been, the house looked (and smelt!) like new again. I cant quite believe the transformation and would highly recommend Easy Clean Cheshire to anybody requiring cleaning services. On the strength of this clean we are now going to arrange regular cleaning services from Easy Clean. Also a fantastic price. Many thanks. More...

Gaynor and the team cleaned after some incredibly disruptive building work - we had ceilings removed throughout the house and the resulting dirt, dust and rubble was quite literally everywhere! After Gaynor's team had been, the house looked (and smelt!) like new again. I cant quite believe the transformation and would highly recommend Easy Clean Cheshire to anybody requiring cleaning services. Thanks to the wonderful Gaynor and her team, the house that had belonged to my parents is clean and shiny and ready to go on the market! Despite 30 degree heat, these lovely people worked their socks off, with humour and friendliness and really went the extra mile !
