We just hosted my son's 1st and my dad's 75th birthday party at this venue in the crystal ball room. My whole family was amazed at the decor of the room and the food was absolutely amazing! Have visited this banquet hall over many years under different management. It's located in the basement level of a strip plaza. Unfortunately it's not wheelchair accessible. I was looking for a venue to host my baby shower and I heard that Easttown was under new management and had been newly renovated. They were able to accommodate all my requests. The food was great, and the service was even better. Management contacted me a few days before my event just to make sure they had all the details right which I was very pleased with. I had my mehndi (pre-wedding event) held at East Town in Sept 2018 and was amazed at how perfect and memorable it turned out to be! From the very start, the hall manager Deluxen was super helpful and walked us through the whole booking process (breakdown of costs, payment schedule, food tasting dates, decor selection, dj info etc) - he covered it all! I love how you could choose different food options (great variety!) from the various ethnic menus and not have to stick to one ethnic menu throughout for apps , main course , and dessert (some halls I looked into didn't allow this). Food was plenty and absolutely delish! All guests (175) had wonderful things to say about it! They also provide a package if you choose not to go with outside decorator and dj so you can choose a (simple yet nice) backdrop and dj for a reasonable cost. I booked the hall before it was transformed into a modern, yet elegant space so I was able to see the before and after (new flooring, paint job, light fixtures). VERY well done ! The exterior may not look as great as it's in a plaza but the inside makes up for it and there's lots of free parking. The only thing is there's no elevator to go downstairs to the hall, however, Deluxen allowed us to use backdoor to accommodate a family member with a walker so that he only had to go down 2 stairs versus a full staircase. So glad I booked here. Deluxen is easy to get a hold of, easy to deal with and went above and beyond. This hall (and managment) will not disappoint you, excellent value for your money! More...

We chose the small hall for our engagement, initially we were skeptical about the hall with the way it looks from the outside. However, once the hall was decorated it looked amazing. We held a wedding reception for over 150 people at this Banquet Hall(July 2018). I must say my experience from beginning to end was phenomenal. Deluxen was amazing to work with, very patient, understanding and co-operative.He offered and delivered the best.The hall is spacious and looks amazing with the renovations.The food and drinks was a hit, our guests enjoyed it all especially that pepper shrimp. I had my wedding here in August 2018 and I am very happy I choose Easttown Banquet Hall. Dulexan was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was able to address all our questions in a professional and polite manner. We were planning a wedding in less than 3 months. He was able to find us a date that worked with us and he was also able to do it within our budget. We were able to meet with Dulexan a few times to iron out the fine details. He always made himself available for questions via text message or in person. I was able to get answers to my questions in a timely manner. This helped me a lot as I didn’t have time to wait around for answers. He was open to suggestions and gave good feedback also. Food – a week later and people are still telling me how great the food was. There was enough food for the 200 plus people at the wedding. Most people said they had seconds. Mango shake was always provided, even for the people who didn’t come on time. The servers did a great job of making sure everyone was taken care of. They were not lazy. The only complaint was that they took away the food a little too quickly. The bartender also did a good job of managing the crowd as it was an open bar. She was very professional. When a family member suggested this banquet hall, I was a little reluctant because of the interior decorations that I remembered years ago, but I still decided to go in and check out the place. It’s under new management and has been fully renovated. We had a birthday party here last week (August 2018) with more than 150 guests and everything was well organized; the food (lot of variety and tasty) and service (prompt and courteous) was excellent. I did my babys first birthday at Easttown Banquet hall. Honestly, we had a good experience here. The NEW MANAGEMENT which is run my Deluxan, was very understanding and helpful. He met all our requirements and went beyond to make my daughters 1st birthday special. At some banquet halls you need to be really careful with the liquors cause the staff and the management take couple of bottles for themselves but here at Eattown they were really genuine with it. My husband was really pleased with Deluxan and how he handled everything. The food was great and the MC was awesome.The only complaint I have is the DJ. The song selections was average. In one word 'Excellent'. We recently held our Haldi event at this place for 150 people. Deluxan was a charm to work with! He took care of everything at the best of our interest, and most importantly he was honest and transparent throughout the process . Look at the picture attached below. This is what we got for our backdrop! We did not expect it to be this good and everyone attended our event just LOVED it! To give you an example of the service we received, Deluxan did not had the swing in his inventory (see picture). However, since it was a special request from my fiance (now wiffy), he went that extra mile to not only rent it out, but also negotiated price on our behalf to keep it within our budget. He also gave us one extra server for free to ensure the event runs smoothly towards the end. That was very thoughtful and generous of him and certainly helped us to coordinate the event smoothly. I will definitely hold all my future events at Easttown and will highly recommend anyone looking for a good banquet hall.
