Tom was very honest and true to his word.He came to our home and helped us pick out the perfect blinds for our entire first floor. I needed 2 new blinds for my bedroom windows. Tom came to my house and showed me samples. I selected what I wanted and Tom said that he would order them and they would come within 2 to 3 weeks, which they did. His installer contacted me and we set a date to have him install them. Recently renovated a condo and called Tom from East End Blinds to install new blinds for all of our windows. I had called him many years ago to do a different project and was glad to see that he was still doing this! He is so nice! Worked around our busy work schedules for the consultation to show us samples and to measure. He is very trustworthy and honest. Even when a style we picked was no longer available, he came back with the new product that was available to help us make a great selection instead of sending a substitute as some other people may have done. We appreciated his customer service and attention to detail. Made the installation look like a breeze! No mess! No fuss! We love our new blinds and we highly recommend him! As a matter of fact, I did . and my friend will have new shutters soon from East End Blinds!! East End Blinds is awesome! I absolutely LOVE my Hunter Douglas New Style Shutters. Tom is extremely professional and a genuinely nice guy! Loved the fact that he wasn't pushy at all. Tom Ciane is a pleasure to deal with and East End Blinds is a wonderful company! Tom is helpful, efficient and courteous and the gallery at the college has never looked so beautiful. It is worth noting that last year I was told that the window treatments that I wanted for the gallery were impossible to create because the window span was too wide, but Tom was able to do the "impossible" and the effect is positively elegant. Tom worked with us all the way. He is very courteous and personable. He listened to what I wanted and showed me the colors that matched best with my drapes. His installation was spot on and professional. A Hunter Douglas representative (Dolores) came with him during the installation to show us how to work the automatic blind system and connect the smart hub. Everything was just spot on and worked out great. And best of all my Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds are AWESOME! They were the missing piece to my dining room windows. However, Tom's personal service and reliability is second to none. He has through knwledge of the product which can be most helpful at times. The product is always delivered in a timely fashion, and the quality control is excellent. On the rare occasion when Tom might be needed to come back for an adjustment, he is there as soon as you hang up the phone.
We have worked with Tom for three years now on five projects. Every project had turned out wonderful, and our clients are very happy with the result.
