John and his team diagnosed a very complex problem deep under a residential block in the center of Edinburgh. Despite drains dating from the 1800s they brought in the largest pumping system I have ever seen and removed the problem. I have to say, these guys are angels in disguise! I had a terrible problem to deal with where K Construction (an Edinburgh buidling firm) had left very poor workmanship, so water was backing-up in the pipes. John and his super friendly team were just so helpful, understanding and sympathetic. They went over and above the call of duty to help and get to the bottom of the problem. They have done other jobs for me in the past and always go the extra mile to help customers. Their payment system is so much more reasonable than some other companies as well. If you are unfortunate enough to need to get this kind of work done, I wouldn't get any one else for the job. Thanks so much guys!! More...
