I Bring my son here and it's amazing! Tried a couple of MMA classes in different areas and this one is definitely the best! My son has settled in perfectly and enjoys going. Iv Seen a change in my son's confidence and he's always learning something new. The progress I've seen in such a small time is outstanding and that's down to his teacher Mr Moon and his students. I can not recommend this centre enough, they have helped my son tremendously. When he started he was a shy intervert kid but now he is the first to volunteer his knowledge when asked. This is all down to the fantastic Instructors and Assistant Instructors. The knowledge and experience the centre demonstrates is amazing. I started training down at 360 MMA with Richard just before last Christmas. Rich is a great trainer and whether it be Grappling, take downs or striking you can rest assured that he will explain and show everything in detail. The guys that i have met and sparred with make you feel comfortable and at ease when in the ring or cage i recommend 360 MMA to anyone that wants to learn how to protect themselves or just wanting to keep fit.. Been going here a couple of months now and it is utterly brilliant! Would recommend to anyone that is a bit hesitant about starting a combat sport as this gym/school isn't the stereotypical place full of egos and everyone gets along with each other.
