I found East Coast Loyalty by search results. I was searching for marketing trend in 2017. They were one of the first to pop up so I gave them a look. After digging in a little deeper, I seen they were not your typical marketing company. They offer services from loyalty programs, business listing distribution to social media marketing. I am a bit on the older side so I'm very much used to traditional methods. I decided to give them a call and hear them out. I am honored to leave East Coast Loyalty some positive feedback. I have worked with them for a little over 1 year now and wanted to wait until I gave my informal honest opinion, so here goes. ECL has been the most logical decision I as a business owner have ever made. I gave them 6 months to work their magic. We are now going on over a year. They introduced to me a new method of marketing (Mobile Marketing) so I took it and it paid of bigtime. I have watched my ROI jump at least 30% within the last year or so.
