We cater for a variety of events, festivals, weddings, private parties and public events. We have also hosted our own "Vegan Garden Party" in Brighton, which was a huge success.

Earth and Soul catered our 2 day wedding and everyone loved the food! It was demolished both days, and most guests weren't vegan either. I’ve eaten vegan roasts elsewhere from some highly acclaimed establishments, however the one I had at The Druids arms was by far the best so far. Lovingly prepared by Roxy who’s clearly very passionate about what she’s doing. What’s your signature dish?
Arabic flatbread kebabs loaded with Moroccan spiced jackfruit, aubergine, crispy veg salad, fresh mint, rocket and cashew nuts layered with homemade hummus, baba ganoush and tzatziki ..... Mmm!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our menu is completely customisable to your needs, we will consider any idea you throw at us! The most important part is making sure we understand our clients needs and what their vision is for the event. Depending on whether they want to book the trailer, gazebo set up or on-site catering, we would then decide what their needs are regarding the food and what is available. We are happy to cater for most dietary needs and would always request that clients find out in advance if there are any special requirements and discuss with us first.
What do you love most about your job?
The warm, fuzzy feeling when people enjoy my food! I am so grateful for the many wonderful responses I have had and it makes me feel proud to do what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to work for myself and own a business. When I started learning more about food and my health, I discovered so much more about food and my already present love of cooking grew into something that naturally progressed into turning my food into a business.

We are friendly, professional and we really care about providing the absolute best for our clients and customers. We love what we do and put a lot of energy into making our food that extra bit special and to provide a great service.
