Tomasz arrived at the agreed time to assess work to be undertaken - moving pipework which had been badly fitted by an established company. He provided an acceptable quotation for the work.He arrived at the agreed date and time to carry out the work.The work was carried out to a high degree and he made various recommendations which I have subsequently carried out.At all times he was very courteous, professional and thorough. I called a few plumbers this morning who were charging high prices and would not be with me for hours. However, when I rang Tomasz he was with me in 10 minutes and fixed my shower within 15minutes and charged a much better price than I had been quoted! I called Tomasz at around 10am this morning (Tuesday, 5th April, 2016) to fix a leak in my outside water tap pipe, which had turned from a trickle into a torrent overnight. Fortunately for me, he'd had a cancellation and came to my flat in West Ealing in around 20 mins. He lives in Hanwell and only works in the borough of Ealing, which was why he was so quick. On his website he says that he has 20 years' worth of experience. He was very friendly and extremely professional. Not only did he fix the leak in the pipe outside, but also fixed my leaking bath tap. All for under £100! I told him that I was thinking of getting a heated towel rail installed and he advised me on the pros and cons rather than just immediately agreeing to install one. I would highly recommend him and I will definitely call him if / when I need a plumber again. More...

Tomasz was totally brilliant. I had a problem with my boiler. I called him and he arrived with one hour, diagnosed the trouble, rested new parts and fixed the problem quickly. Fast, efficient, reliable, hardworking and friendly. Our boiler broke down on Sunday morning and we found Tomas's website via an internet search. Tomasz came around within the hour, found and fixed the problem. We then asked him about a few other issues which again Tomasz fixed quickly the next day after sourcing parts for us.
