We hired Eagle Catering to cater our wedding at Carlowrie Castle in Edinburgh, Scotland. The team were wonderful as they travelled all the way from London to accommodate us. The team guided us through a varied menu that catered for African and European tastes. They were very profesional and punctual in serving the food. The food was wonderful, we asked for a wide range of food as we had people from different cultures coming. At a time when I was unable to think properly I was guided to choose a menu to suit all tastes and everyone commented on the food. Tea and coffee were also served to round things up. Everything about Eagle Catering deserves 5 stars. They are very professional, very organised and very accommodating - nothing was too much trouble for them, even when it went beyond what was agreed. The food was incredible. We had over 100 guests from a wide range of nationalities at our big family celebration and everyone gave very high praise. I recently had a church anniversary event this month. I booked Eagle Catering to provide us with their service. From the very beginning, they were friendly and accommodating to our event. They were extremely professional and very organised. On the day of our event, they were on time and very organised. The servers were very polite and friendly too. As we had 400+ guest, to make sure that the service ran smoothly, he politely communicated to our guest the arrangements and order of service. My Pastor was very impressed with the overall presentation of the food stations and how efficient everything was. it has been a pleasure for some time now to enjoy the food provided by Eagle Catering. Always on point, whether lunch or dinner, the food is well prepared, full of flavor, nicely varied and the staff are so polite and responsive. I have seen them cater for weddings. I have called on them to cater fairly regularly for varied numbers between 25 and 190.
