He doesn't try to upsell and his estimates are detailed and accurate. E3 was professional, polite, convenient and efficient! I will recommend to everyone of my family and friends. Price wasn’t a hard hit to my account either! It was cheaper for me to have them come to my house then for me to have my car towed to a local shop to have the repairs done! Great service and value! We usually have to take half a day to get a tune up, and sometimes several days if we need repairs. Erich comes to you! We had serious car trouble coming back from a trip. His diagnosis was accurate, repairs were excellently done, and he even texted a few days later to make sure the van was running well! The best part of this for me was that I never had to leave my house! He took care of everything in my driveway while I rested from a long trip:-). Erich is awesome! I read the reviews and thought I would try him out. He truly stands up to the 5 stars. He is very professional from communicating back and forth, giving a detailed estimate and doing the actual work. I even received a text while he was on his way to my home to let me know he had run into some traffic and would be a few minutes late. We talked about the potential work that needed done and like most things you don't really know until it's taken apart. I really have to commend him on his honesty as I didn't need all the parts replaced I originally thought. You rarely find that anymore. My first time using a mobile mechanic and am so glad I came across E3 and Erich! He fit us into his busy schedule, was well equipped to diagnose the issue and was very thorough in explaining what the problem was. He ordered the part and had us up and running as soon as the part came in. I was impressed when he called to ask if it was ok that he would be a few minutes EARLY. Also, you rarely get people who look out for your pocket these days but when Erich got the price for the part from the dealer, he went above and beyond by offering to get it at a more cheaper price from elsewhere.
