How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Check your loft is suitable for conversion. Lofts with a minimum head height of 2.3m are usually seen as fit to convert, although obstacles like chimneys or water tanks, as well as the pitch of the roof, can also affect this decision.

Loft conversions can take as little as 8 weeks (not including design and permissions), but the duration of your loft conversion depends on the type of conversion, whether you require planning permission, how quickly party wall agreements are reached, and whether you require plumbing or other additions to your conversion.

What do you love most about your job?
Builders love early starts! Every grumpy neighbour will tell you all builders love nothing more than cranking the drop saw at 7am, 5 days a week. Yes, getting up at the crack of dawn isn’t the most appealing prospect, but ultimately it means that knock off times leave a chunk of the afternoons for fun and games.
