Charged well over the market price but thought we would get an A1 job done. issues: 1) patch of missing resin which has caused a hole which is likely to become larger as not smooth. 2) patch of different colour resin used which is now very obvious as original resin mix has darkened. 3) Done on a cold day and then rained causing "blooming" this was something we were not made aware of that can happen if weather conditions are not dry. 4) edging not sunk down far enough so change of angle in bricks show (not a huge problem but expected a better job for the price paid) overall bitterly disappointed with the quality for the price. 5) Poor finish with concreting around brickwork/edging. Did not respond to initial request to come and have a look at the patch of missing resin. More...

Graham, Newport What words come to mind when reviewing Ellis and his team of Mike, Andrew and Adrian –professional, hardworking, polite, obliging, nothing too much trouble – four genuinely nice guys, who have delivered a superb job at a very competitive price. If, like me, you might be wary about investing in a new drive and concerned about achieving value for money, then a talk with E&M should put your mind at rest. Following discussion with Ellis the required specification together with a firm quote was agreed, prior to work commencing. There was also an opportunity to see work carried out locally on other driveways by the company, including a property where the neighbour had previously recommended E&M to me. However, overriding both the quote and examples of quality workmanship was Ellis’ personal guarantee that the drive would be completed to my satisfaction, prior to the outstanding balance for the work being handed over. It is not merely customer satisfaction that keeps companies in business in these hard times but those that exceed customer expectation, as in my case. Ellis McCann from e & m resin driveways told me that the resin driveway he installed would last 10 years 2 weeks later it was crumbling up , please stay away from this man him & his crew is not verry professional I don’t think they no what there doing BAD service VERRY RUDE man . Wouldn’t recommend 0 out of 10
