What makes a great website?
A great (and successful) website tells an incredible story about the brand, and engages visitors in an active, rather than passive way. The days of brochure websites are over, and a site needs to truly connect with visitors in order to be successful.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Our exploratory process is designed to help us uncover the hidden gems that are present in every great company. What makes employees and customers excited to tell your story? What brings them back to you time and again? How long does your average client choose to work with you? What happens when a customer is unhappy, and how do you work to turn that experience around for them?
What do you love most about your job?
I love solving complex challenges, recognizing patterns and finding those small things that make a disproportionately positive impact for a client and their customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my first business at 14, developing networks and infrastructure for small businesses, and have founded 6 companies over the past 13 years (not counting the one at 14). DynamiX was founded in 2005 while I was a college sophomore. We don't aim to be the cheapest nor the fastest, only the best at what we do. DynamiX has grown from humble roots into one of the most recognized and awarded companies in our industry, with over 1,000 awards to our name including 3x 'Best Agency' honors, 3x Top 25 Small Business of the Year honors, and two nominations as Small Business Person of the Year by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Life is short, and to that end we choose to work with just a small handful of businesses each year where we know we can have the largest impact possible.
