This was my first time ever having physical therapy. Everyone was absolutely wonderful. Trey and Justin (a student) worked with me and they were the best. They customized things around my injury and focused on making me better in the areas I lacked due to my injury. They were helpful and gave me things I could work on at home outside of physical therapy. They took everything I said into account and answered my questions about things where I could understand it. They pushed me in the best way to help me get better and I can’t thank them enough for it. Their energy was always upbeat and they were always joking with me. I always felt better when I left. Nick and the team at Dynamix are great! They are both professional and knowledgeable. During therapy Nick continued to assess my pain to make sure he did not need to adjust treatments. My PT, Kathleeen, has seven years education, is a doctor of physical therapy (as are many others), and continues her education to keepUp to date in her skills. It's hard to put into words how much Dynamix has meant to me and my athletic career. They took me from a pretty hopeless situation to being back healthy and ready to play my junior and senior years of baseball at Union University. My favorite thing about Dynamix is how they treated my pain and symptoms as an individual and unique case instead of giving me a "cookie cutter" recovery plan. I really felt like Heath was as concerned and thought about my injuries and how to get me better just as much as I did, and that's hard to come by in a physical therapist. Their facilities are top notch and I looked forward to seeing their employees every time I came in. I continue to trust Heath and Dynamix to keep me on the field doing what I love. I had shoulder surgery in December 2015 to repair my rotator cuff and labrum. I also had to have stabilization of tendons and ligaments, decompression of my clavicle and spurs removed. My surgeon in Nashville referred me to Russ and I will forever be grateful. Therapy proved to be long and somewhat uncomfortable at times but the level of care and knowledge of the staff at Dynamix was worth it. Russ, Hailey and all the staff treated me like family and it was definitely a sad day when I 'graduated' from PT. Thank you so much for your advice, time and patience.
