I loved working with Drew at Dynamic Strength! From the first meeting, Drew listened to what I wanted to achieve across my 12 week programme and designed sessions that were perfect for me, and most importantly that I enjoyed. Before working with Drew I was over weight and always tired, after 12 weeks I’ve lost weight, increased my strength and conditioning levels and feel the best and most confident I have felt in years! Drew has been instrumental in helping me to achieve my fitness goals. His helpful and informative approach made it easy to understand the benefits and advantages of the various exercises, and his attention to detail made sure my form was correct before adding weight to certain exercises. We will have an initial consultation which includes the determination of your goals and movement screening to ensure that exercises are safe to proceed with. I will then write an exercise program for you to complete under my supervision at either your home or place of work.
I will analyse your food diary in order to give you nutritional guidance and we will have monthly reviews to make sure that we are on track.
