I contacted Dynamic Osteopaths as I was suffering with some patella tendon pain in my knee and had been for quite some time. Due to having a very active job and being a keen rugby player it was important for me to get to a point where moving around was not painful.At my initial assessment Adam was able to treat me straight away and over the course of a few weeks my knee pain felt better. However it was eventually decided that we tried some treatment in the form of a PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) injection.I ended up having 2 treatments of PRP which I can definitely say increased the healing rate and returned me back to playing rugby quicker than if I had not had the treatment. Over the course of the treatment I went from struggling to walk yet alone play rugby to now being pretty much pain free and playing rugby again without any issues. Adam was great during the whole process advising me along the way with rehab and made the injection procedure as comforting as possible with very little pain. Adam is very knowledgeable and explains things in a very understandable manner without all the jargon. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit him for any pain/injury on top of which PRP treatment is definitely worth it if it applies to your problem. Great service all round More...

Excellent service - I contacted Adam for some custom orthotics, as he was the best priced I could find for Vasyli brand, and he ordered them and dispatched them to me in absolute record time.
