I would have to say we were very happy with the food and service we received from Dynamic Cuisine.  We had Dorrenda and her staff help us with our Wedding on March 3, 2019.  We had the Chicken Marcela,  ribs, loaded potatoes, which everyone raved about.  The appetizers were gone in no time.  They arrived early and helped get everything ready for our guests.  Anita was our go-to person and very helpful. Chef D. was great! If you want budget flexibility and a great look and end result, hire Dynamic! We spoke with a TON of full service caterers but everyone would say they'd "work" with our budget then would give us quotes $1,000 to $2,000 dollars more than our budget. We told her we didn't want to surpass a couple thousand and she got us in for a dollar under that amount. And we had beautiful linen and chairs. So many caterers will give you the bottom of the barrel so that you can get their cheapest price around $4500 and Dynamic truly works with you. Loved them! More...

Dynamic Cuisine catered my wedding 11/25/2018. Our menu consisted of grilled chicken, peppercorn beef, loaded mashed potatoes, Cajun macaroni, corn on the cob and a salad. When I tell you their food was DYNAMIC, please believe me. I couldn't have asked for a better catering company. I booked with Ms. Dorrenda for my son's dedication party. She was very easy to book and communicate with  even when I wanted to make changes to the menu. Ms. Alicia delivered and setup the food right on time and she was very personable and sweet. The food was PHENOMENAL and she provided plenty. The crowd favorite was definitely the steak roll ups, smothered chicken and loaded mashed potatoes. We have another celebration soon and plan to book with her again. I worked with Dorrenda recently on an event where we needed three meals catered in one day. One for 30 people, one for 75 people, and one for 100 people. Dorrenda was very quick to reply, very easy to communicate with, and was able to meet all of our unique needs. We had some very specific requests that had to be met for our catering and she met them, no problem. We got lots of compliments on the food. I wouldn't hesitate to use dynamic catering again! Attended an expo and liked the place for a small event, nice double door entrance decorated with a good size glass pendent chandelier, plenty of lighting and open area for entertaining and seating. The parking lot is not large enough for both church and banquet place, we did have a bit of trouble getting out being that both places were being used at the same time. I had the pleasure of having my 10th Anniversary catered by Dorenda. I was nervous at first because I had to I wasn't sure how things were going to turn out. I was afraid she would overpromise and underdeliver. However I was wrong because her food and staff exceeded my expectations. Everything was tasty and the staff was very professional. I recently had my wedding at Babylon and had the best experience! The place was beautiful and exactly the way I wanted it. The decorations was precisely where I requested. The owner/coordinator was friendly and detailed and went above and beyond to make this night one to remember! She did everything while I enjoyed my wedding with no worries that she would get the job done correctly. I also had the catering through the banquet hall and everyone loved it! Also, all my calls were returned in a timely manner and taken care of as a priority. Absolutely nothing I would change! I was nervous when I first read the reviews but I believe my experience was far from that! Everything that she put in the contract was followed on her behalf. I recommend reading contracts and asking questions prior to signing like any other legal form. I would and have recommended this banquet hall to many family and friends. I had my daughters Quinceñera on March 12 it was awesome!!! The place was beautiful exactly how we talked about. The organizer was A+ with customer service, great communication and did everything she could to make my daughters day perfect. .. I also had the whole package food, limo, cake photography and had no issues with them. Apart that one of the Bartenders was "flirtatious" with my partner I would recommend them the Babylon Banquet Hall. Thanks a million More...
