Richard and Bob make a superb team. Richard is an excellent communicator and Bob is a brilliant craftsman. I had a small vanity cabinet fitted in a cloakroom and they took wonderful care and I could not have been more pleased with the end result. Would definitely recommend.

I had a leak in my kitchen and a problem with some pipework. We have an old house and old plumbing but it didn't phase Bob. They were able to come out in a couple of hours and kept me updated with calls and texts on accurate ETAs which was useful. Fantastic work and really helpful team. We had a leak in the loo. We called in the morning, Richard told us that that they were fully busy but that nevertheless he would try and send somebody later in the evening. He kept his promise, as that somebody punctually turned up. His name was Bob, if I'm not wrong; he was a very decent young guy. He took his shoes off and immediately tackled the fault. He knew already what he had to do, as he brought the parts with him, so no time was wasted in going to the shops. He also explained what had happened in plain language. I found Richard using Google and could not be happier. Richard asked questions before attending to make sure he had the correct parts. Richard was very prompt and kept me informed of when he was attending so not for me to waste time sitting around. On arrival before carrying out the work he asked several questions and clarified what was needed, this insured what was needed wouldn't cost me more in the near future. He carried out the work double checking for leaks and spending time chatting while the water was back on then checked again to make sure the work was ok. I found DW plumbing, through a google search looking for a plumber to sort out my dad's shower, close to where he lives. When I came across DW plumbing, I called the number provided and a man named Rich answered, he seemed friendly and genuine from the word go... none of this over priced quote malarkey! He asked to call me back as he was on a job and he did. Very good plumber and very professional all of his work was done to a very higher standard and was very polite on the phone.
