Friendly staff, friendly place. PT's are excellent. The changing facilities are kept in good order. You can park for 2 hours free at the ncp car park, just ask for details at reception.
I'd recommend this to any one.
There is a nice swimming pool and sauna you can use after a workout.

Premium gym, premium price. I thought the steam room smelt bad until I visited the steam room at DW Fitness in Bath, by comparison it appears it's only half as smelly. Seriously though the equipment is good and the staff are pleasant and attentive. Membership will get you 2 sessions with a personal trainer who can show you a program to work to. Swimming pool area is relaxing with a sauna and steamroom (and aside from rotting feet smell in steamroom is actually pretty good). More...

My favourite gym in Cheltenham. Wide range of equipment. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Don't recommend to go there between 6-7pm as it's very busy.

Trained here whilst staying at the nearby Holiday Inn Express. Good sized gym with an assortment of different equipment but both cardio and more strength training. Really nice alternative training section for tyre flipping, rope pulling and pushing/pulling various other objects. More...

Excellent "real" gym for a serious lifter. Incredible range of equipment. Multiple deadlift stations, benches, racks, sleds (with multiple sled lanes! ), kettlebells, plyo equipment, multi-cable machines, etc. Lots of cardio equipment. Dumbbells up to 50kg. Not too busy during the day. Across from Nando's where you can get delicious, healthy food for your post-op meal. One of the best gyms I've had the pleasure of working out in while traveling. Would be happy if it was my home gym! More...

Good gym for someone just passing through town, £15 entry for a day pass. Clean, spacious, plenty of equipment. Great field area as well for cross training with boxes, sleds, kettlebells, and Olympic platforms.
