Hello. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you feel dissatisfied with the service. In common with most other modern window cleaners, and as it states on our profile here on Bark and on our website, we use the pure water system. This means that the water has been purified and de-ionised and so is left to dry naturally without leaving marks on the windows. We have a guarantee on all of our work and so if you had contacted us with any concerns shortly after the clean we would have been able to address them. As it has been a month between the service and your review, it is difficult at this stage to offer any rectification. However if you would like to contact us to let us know of any specific concerns around quality apart from the windows being left to dry naturally, we will be glad to help. Kind regards Richard
