I took some extremely old VHS tapes to Steve to put them onto DVDs for me. One of them dated back to the 1950's (the footage had already been transferred from the old cine reel to VHS many years previously and when I say it was rough, it was ROUGH! !!) Steve transferred not only that one (it had valuable footage of my late husband on it as a young lad) but also a few others with some treasured irreplaceable memories. Well done Steve. Steve at DVD Creation turned around an urgent job for me in a little over a day, transferring an hour long VHS of my wedding day and an hour long Micro-SD video of a family holiday to Jersey to DVD and posting them back to me the next day in time for me to surprise my wife with them when we returned to Jersey for our silver wedding anniversary. My parents talked about getting the old cine and videos onto dvd for years but never did anything about it as they presumed the cine reels after 40 years would be to far gone. I contacted Steve who was really informative from my first call. He put my mind at ease and we went ahead with converting cine, cassette and a video all to dvd.The results where far better than we could ever imagine. To see my grandparents who haven't been with us for 25 years was so touching. All our old memories brought back to life. So amazing I ordered extra DVDs for my Auntie who was on lots of the cine for her to watch with her family. What can I say, I had 7 of some old Cine films put on Mpegs by this wonderful business. The quality was fabulous, there had been music put on it too which was great and the price for doing it all was very reasonable. I would highly recommend DVD Creation. What do you love most about your job?
There's something very special about working with video. I find it very gratifying when I've unlocked some old footage trapped in a format that my customers can no longer use and hearing of the resulting emotions that arise from being able to watch long lost relatives again is priceless.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been trapped in a job for many years working for people that didn't appreciate the skills and knowledge I had to run the department. Having been working on many of my own projects inspired me to offer my services out to the general public. and for many years run as a part time business around my full time hours. After a forced redundancy, I decided to go full time with the business and have never stopped enjoying what I do

I have old fashion values when it comes to running my business and base what I do on how I would expect to be treated as a customer. I strive for 100% satisfaction for all my customers and will go the extra mile to achieve exactly that. It is important to me for all my customers to be completely happy with what I do.
