What inspired you to start your own business?
We have worked for the NHS and commissioned services for over 15 years in various different settings. During this time access to help in Mental Health has declined, waiting times increased and the amount of time spent with clients has been put under pressure and targets.
We also watched how counselling helped and supported people through difficult periods and get their lives back.
We believe that counselling is an amazing process that can help a wide range of people and decided to start our own service which could provide flexibility and be able to put the clients needs first.

We have experienced and fully qualified counsellors who work within the parameters of the ethical framework of the BACP.
We also offer a range of services to suit all clients including , same day appointments, home visits for couples or individuals.
Our extensive experience working with clients with various issues and in different settings inclusing NHS and prison sector means we are confident and competent working with client with complex issues.
