The installer took some time off and never had enough time to adjust the sliding door. Plus they left with out installing a window crank handle.

We are extremely happy with Dura Vu. The front door was replaced and everything was perfect. Really good and professional people. The door was installed right away not even 2 days after coming from factory. I would highly recommend DuraVu. I was not able to be home for the insulation of our windows (my adult son was home) so it was wonderful to come home to beautiful windows and respectful installers who did not leave a trace that they worked in my house.
