Good service, reasonable prices. Need to have a parts inventory for rent rentals when you pick up.I was missing several pole parts. Fortunately, one side of the tent was being secured to another structure. It would have been a problem to go back for the poles. I did request a parts list and was told "not to worry." More...

I have used Durants Tents and Events for years for a variety of events ranging from kids parties to milestone events. I recently used Durants for my 25th wedding Aniversary which was held in a tent in our yard. Dee from the Fishkill office personally came out to our home to evaluate the area for the tent placement. It turned out that the area could not hold the tent size that we desired. She then worked meticulously to redesign a solution that would still allow us to use a tent venue and accommodate the number of guests on my list. The event went off without a hitch. We had a large outdoor wedding at a vineyard and needed to rent everything from the tent to the salt and pepper shakers. I can't say enough good about Durant's (Superior) Event Rentals. Jackie was fabulous and helped us from start to end. We ran into some issues with our venue and Jackie rearranged our order and timing at the last minute with ease to fix it for us. Not sure we would have pulled it off without her. The tent installers led by Valadamir were equally as professional and accommodating when the space had to change. He ensured we still had what we needed with a calm and efficient manner. I know things happen when planning a large wedding, but we had more than our share except for Durant's. Great prices. Their website is misleading. They only do delivery of rental items if you rent more than $150 worth of items, and then it's another $50 for a delivery surcharge. Only rent if you can pick it up yourself. More...

My experience with Durants was fabulous! We rented a combo inflatable for our son's birthday. The delivery guys were great and my son loved being able to keep the inflatable all weekend long! ! There was a small fee to have the inflatable set up for us but they gave us instructions and we were able to have it up and running in no time! I would highly recommend Durants for any event! More...
