Sam is the BEST trainer. Not to get gross, but just look at his own physique. The man looks like a walking Greek statue. Diet is THE most important component of a healthy lifestyle. Training can definitely help change someones physique and imorove health. It also has many other benefits but, one cannot outwork a bad diet.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The first step is helping the client set a clear and concise objective. Once we’ve established both short and long term goals, we can begin to structure an exercise and nutrition regiment.
I do my best to listen and push my clients to be their absolute best.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The truth is there is no secret. Patience and discipline are required for anyone to adapt their lifestyle in order to become a healthier, stronger version of themselves.

Boxing is one of, if not the most, efficient calorie burning exercises out there. Aside from the physical benefits, it also gets you thinking and keep you motivated. There is a mental component to boxing training unlike any other.
