I have used Bob's services on a few different occasions-- twice for cleaning spills and stains caused by our two year old on our velvet sofa and once for cleaning the cushions on our dining room chairs which had not been cleaned for years and had several noticeable stains. Bob was recommended to me by other Moms in the area and did a great job. He was on time, easy to work with, reasonably priced, honest throughout the process and successfully removed the stains (including spit-up, soy sauce and milk spilled on velvet).
