We recently held our wedding reception at The Dunsilly Hotel in June 18'. Honestly we highly recommend The Dunsilly, Eugene, Roland, Iain, Rosie, Angela and all the team. We received 5* service the whole way through our planning and big day. In a world that's rife with complaints I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you about the brilliant team at the hotel. I arrived last night very tired and weary having started in Staffordshire yesterday morning traveled to Wales then over to Northern Ireland arriving late last night. Donna on reception and Helen from the bar could not of been more helpful they got me checked in and despite food service having ended for the night got me settled in and fed before a restful nights sleep. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I think they deserve some recognition for excellent customer service they certainly did the hotel proud. Thank you so much to both of you :) More...

Although it was Mother's Day and the restaurant was very busy, we were seated on arrival with drinks and menus following very quickly. Great selection on the menu and the food came came out quite quickly and well presented. Friendly efficient staff and great service made this visit an enjoyable experience.
