Location is handy for a over night stay if you are for flying. Rooms are tidy and clean. Service is perfect and you can ask for anything they will help you out.

It was a family meal on Mothers Day, the hotel was very busy but the staff had everything under control. Our drinks came fast and the food was to die for, well done.

10/10 stayed here twice and it is always a pleasure. The rooms are a good size with everything you need in, they are serviced and cleaned daily. The location is ideal it's about a 20-30 min drive into Belfast City centre, there is a big Asda superstore 5 mins away and a retail park with plenty of shops. The hotels restaurant is excellent, food is cooked and presented to a high standard and the staff are faultless and very polite, always go out there way to help you. The hotel is situated right by Junction 1 of the M2 and has an enormous car park all of which is right by the hotel. There is lots of grounds and places to walk around the hotel and places for sitting outside when the sun decides to shine.

Check-in was excellent and very quick with no going through all the address details they already had from the booking.

My room was lovely and large with a great dressing table/desk to work on with a generous 4 sockets which is what one needs now - especially if you need one for the kettle.

There was also sufficient light in the room to work and relax with a main, central light in addition to the ones by the bed and over the desk.

The bed was a good size but far too hard for my taste and I ended up sleeping in the single bed which was more to my liking.

The bathroom was very good, with floor to ceiling tiles on all walls and there was plenty of space around the sink for my toothbrush, contact lens case etc. The towels were a bit on the thin side and the shower curtain was on a straight rail which resulted in the clinging shower curtain syndrome - the shower water pressure was excellent with plenty of power.

Breakfast was excellent with a good variety and best of all the hot food was cooked to order which meant it was hot and not dried out. Service was very quick and friendly and how breakfasts should be.

The hotel is in a good setting, surrounded by greenery. Service by the staff is great. Catering is also good. The proximity to a main road wasn't as intrusive as I thought it would be.
