Website usability plays a vital role in the success of a website. Good usability helps to provide a seamless experience for visitors and improves your chances of success. It is one of the factors that sets a professionally designed website apart from the rest.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
• Describe your business in a few sentences
• Do you currently have a website? If so, what is/isn’t working for you?
• What are your goals for this project?
• Who is your target audience?
• What specific features do you want on the site?
• Who are your main competitors?
• What makes you different from your competitors?
• What is the final deadline for the project?
Describe your creative process.
• Research - I figure out design direction I think is most appropriate, using precise adjectives and phrases, mood boards, mockups, and samples.
• Plan - Sketch possible ideas, based on my research and using my clients provided requests.
• Execute - Using the research and sketches I did I visualize the final pieces and present options for feedback.
• Launch - With my client's satisfaction on sign-off, the final print artwork is supplied, and/or the website is made live.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
I want to understand my client's business goals and vision, their brand promise, products and services, and the value you're bringing to the market... in order to represent the company properly, give it the right personality, and voice to reach customers, make an impact, and be successful.

I love being able to create, and design every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm passionate about art, design, and technology. Pursuing financial and time freedom, growing my skills to discover my potential, and help others to succeed.
