The worst experience I have ever had, first of all my daughters house hold goods was collected at Vanderbijl Park on Monday morning and only off loaded in Hermanus on Friday at 13:30. Took them 5 days, ridiculous. Numerous phone calls were made to a Mr. Donald who was so full of lies/stories and excuses. This guy has no manners cannot communicate at all. Every time I asked him when will the truck be in Hermanus another excuse popped up. After all the calls to him he gave me the drivers no to contact HUH! When my daughters belongings did rock up at last, there were damaged boxes and broken things. I phoned him again and told him about the damages and all he said was Ok thanks!!!! Really!!! NOW PLEASE PEOPLE THINK NOT TWICE BUT THREE TIMES BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A DISCRASE TO THE TRANSPORT COMPANIES AND GIVING THEM ALL A BAD NAME😒😒😒 More...

Hi. All.. The capetown load we do shared load and it takes 2 to 3 days for the goods to delivered. Also we ask you if you want the goods to covered though we havs free GIT. You said there is no use for that. We ask you about wrapping and you also say you dont want wrapping. You pack your goods into a big boxes and the box were not full. Obvious if you put something heavy on top the boxes are going to be squash. Tell them that you have added almost 40% the goods which you were not Quoted for. Dont come choose to tarnish false infomation. Do the right things. Pack your goods well to avoid damages. Thanks
