I currently don't offer couples counselling and only work with individuals who are 18 years of age and over.
I offer appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. My first appointment starts at 2:30pm and my final at 8pm.
I offer an introductory meeting of up to one hour for £20. Thereafter my fee is £50 for each hour long session.
Normally you will be asked to come for an introductory appointment before starting a course of psychotherapy. This introductory meeting is an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to therapy. It also allows us both to get a sense for how it might be to work together. There is no obligation to proceed to weekly therapy following the introductory appointment and we will both have an opportunity after this first meeting to reflect on whether it will be possible to work together.
I work from a venue in central Edinburgh (EH1 Therapies, 28 Forth Street, EH1 3LH), which is about a 12 minute walk from Waverley Train Station and a 7 minute walk from Edinburgh Bus Station.
