Slow to respond to emails and slow to act accordingly. Is this how the legal system is driven by money? Rather than service, professional conduct and legal assistance. The law society is being notified but as everything else in this sad country civil servants ignore our rights to a decent legal system where the client takes precedence, It’s saying something when the very people like these are paid immaterial if they do or do not do their work ethics properly!!!!! Went to get my timing belt changed. He bogged me off made me pay 400 quid he didn’t even do the job just made me a fool took my money. Year later took my car to another garage and told me all he did was put a chawk mark there and ripped me off. Never go again. All the staff are rude and don’t respect ur car. Treat it like it’s dirt. Paid this chap over £900 In servicing and repairs only to find that the ride quality was horrific, on further inspection I found the rear tyres on the front and the front on the rear - took the vehicle back and was returned to me assuring it was just a lone hiccup from one of the apprentices. I do daily motorway runs and the next day doing 80mph & the car looses control and hits the barrier...every fudging wheel nut was loose and the brake callipers broke & flew off because yet another apprentice didn't do his final checks. I had the whole family in the car and we could've been easily killed, would have gone down the legal route to deal with this firm however the owner is a very well mannered man & i decided to let it go. Most employers are apprentices and have no idea how to deal with German cars ...2weeks later found out the monsters broke my electric mirror and put in a non electric one thinking I wouldn't find out & broke the housing while fitting it. Will NEVER IN MY LIFE go to this garage again Shame on you More...

Maybe writing on here will get more attention than the many phone calls emails and visits to the offices I have done. The worst service I have ever known by solicitors. Passed back and fourth from supervisors and different people. One simple task. And my partner has now been stuck in Iraq for 5 months when it could of and should of taken a few days to get information I needed. Lewis Martin and his personal views on my relationship with a “foreign person” yet he is meant to work and help with immigration. STILL to this day I have not received my partners documents which I was told would be a few days 4 months ago . How can I appeal a case without this information.
