On too many occasions I've seen individuals go to accountants who promise them the world, whereas in reality they get very little for a very high price.
You need to ensure your accountant knows about all your deadlines, your business, your company, your circumstances so he can tailor his service around you without you having to worry about additional hidden fees or missing deadlines.
With my small firm, you will never have any of these issues and in fact we provide you with a service contract to ensure we deliver all the services we say we're going to deliver. That's essentially our promise to each and every one of our clients.
What do you love most about your job?
What's not to love! (I'm kidding, sometimes the paperwork isn't as exciting as it seems).
What we do love are our clients each of whom we know on a personal level, what they're going through and in fact what they're doing this weekend! An accountant shouldn't just be about numbers and filings but they should take a genuine interest in your success which is what we do.
