I handed in my laptop in January this year to have the screen fixed. This cost me £80. I received my laptop back a short time later with the screen surround cracked in multiple places and part of the laptop was completely missing. On sending this back to be further repaired, my laptop was with Kevin for a month with no contact from him. I requested the laptop back because I had exams to study for which I finally got it back at the end of April. I was then told on multiple occasions that it would be collected to be repaired but again communication and being advised he was going to pick it up failed every time. I requested a refund in October and was yet again told it would be collected and fixed. This yet again failed. Fast forward to December (this month), I finally managed to get a full refund. Doesn’t seem like the time for this company to be taking on orders if they are unable to fulfil them. My laptop has been broken for 11 months and will be taking it elsewhere to finally have it fixed. I’m sure this company is normally fantastic but unfortunately for now I would say I do not recommend Duloch Computers. More...

I don’t know who in the right mind would recommend Kev ,I taken my laptop to him to get a new screen just before Christmas he doesn’t contact back he said he was looking at a replacement screen on eBay for my laptop and he didn’t contact back since he is very incompetent and unreliable. I feel sorry for anyone who takes anything to him to get fixed ,it seems like he’s just taking a rise out of People like myself I’ve went through all the reviews on Google and I’ve seen a few that agree with me as well the commenting of Course was turned off so no one can reply to negative reviews .I mean he’s going to get negative reviews if he’s being ignorant and incompetent.I’m disgusted and it’s a disgrace I’ve no idea what he’s doing with my laptop but If I don’t hear anything and I don’t get it back I’ll be phoning the police because it’s my property I taken to get fixed so the item rightfully belongs to me and if he’s not careful he can get closed down which I don’t wish that on anybody ,but lesson to be learned is never trust this man his prices are clearly a rip off and he’s very ignorant regardless how busy he is he still has time to let people know what is happening I’m hoping I can arrange that he brings the laptop back to me or I will get it back by phoning the police because keeping something belonging someone else is theft More...

Great service by Kevin at Duloch Computers. Contact him re my sons Uni laptop running slow, he suggested bringing it along and updating the hard drive to improve the speed of reading the drive.
Dropped off laptop on the Thursday early evening and it was ready for collection on the Saturday.
Took a couple of days to put post up, as wanted son to try laptop and let me know - his answer, runs better and faster that it was when he bought the pc new.
Thanks Duloch Computers, one happy student heading balcony to the US with a laptop that is as good as new.

I would highly recommend Ducloch Computers. My laptop got stuck in a loop on a windows configuration issue and I was unable to fix (it had been like that for over 24hrs). I dropped them a message yesterday afternoon and dropped off at 6. They keep you informed throughout regarding progress. I rely on home working most of the week and they were able to sort and drop off (before the school run) so I could be back up and running for my work! Amazing service, reasonably priced and communication second to none! I have also recommend on my personal Facebook page in a post as you’ll be hard to find service like this elsewhere! I was still reeling from paying over £160 to get my own iPhone screen fixed at the Apple store in Edinburgh when my son broke his. Not keen on a similar outlay the second time round I looked for options closer to home and came across Kev at Duloch Computers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the Dunfermline area who isn’t keen on passing vast sums of money over to Apple. His customer service was great, keeping me posted at all times especially when the damage turned out to be worse that at first thought.
